Wakeskate shoes?

Um, i dont wanna buy some wakeskate shoes that drain themselfs. Do you guys recommend drilling holes in some old skate shoes on the side or bottom for drainage? Or is that the wrong thing to do?

Lusty, I drilled ALOT of SMALL holes in the bottom, and its works great, looks like a shower when I lift up my foot!

I found that a combination of large holes where more water gathers along with alot of small holes everywhere works really well. You should be fine...drill away!
