| every time i try rotate my body, either the board does not spin fast enough or it over rotates |

| just think about doing a regular 3 shuv rotation and once you suck your knees up do a handel pass and try to catch the board as u r rotating |

Try doing 2 big shuvs, then do a big blind 180, now you're ready. Cut out hard and turn back towards the boat and throw and catch a big shuv while doing a late blind 180, pass the handle and reach out with your free hand to balance. good luck. _________________ dbanana wrote:

yeah when I try those I also think about doing a big shuv and then going for a blind. But I always chickity china the chinese chicken up at the handle pass or the body position :X
the board rotation isn't really the issue on that trick _________________
