i just ran into a SLDMB

its a SELF-LOCATING DATUM MARKER BUOY. its a bright orange missle looking thing that floats around with an antenna poking out of the top, and it says non- EXPLOSIVE on it. i didnt take it out of the water, i read it with goggles and the non- part wasnt visible at first and i thought it just said EXPLOSIVE on it so i was freaked out for a second. anyways im about 40 miles above tampa. anyone else ever seen one of these things?

as a side note i cracked my homemade skate today when i hit a floating 2x6 Mad

check it again, there's actually more to read!! it actually says non-non-explosive...so watch out there bud!! Shocked
