eh? it doesn't make you pop more. having a fin is a tracking thing....helps you carve better....you do know what that carving is right.............

ya but if u have a fin u have to pop more cuz u have to get the fin outa the water, NO SURFACE SHUVS!

-=AlexXx=-, i dont have fins and i pop my shuvs, sometimes higher than my ollies. my friend said i popped one of my shuvs almost 2 feet (he said a little bit past half the boards length off the water. when i had my k39 with fins my shuvs were tiny. i dunno i guess with some of the bigger fins it forces you to pop more but i think its mostly the riders skills and/or the board theyre using

the fin makes it a little more stable and its easier to pop when you have that extra stability. Ok bring on the fin haters.

u dont necissarily need 2 pop higher when ur doin shuvs with fins, unless theys like landlock fins, I have 1.3 in. fins on my deck n i kick the shuvs the same w/o fins n it works, fs shuvs r the ones u really need 2 pop higher with fins, i find them better with fins (only cuz i havent been able 2 land a fs shuv with out fins yet) cuz wen u land the board tracks and sorta stays straight so u dont slip out. u can alwayz sand ur fins down 2 a smaller siz so they give u more freedom.

im gettin some L13 fins soon that r like
