Where is the best place to buy a Kampus K-39? I'm lookin for a good skate for a low price so i settled on the Kampus.

And does anyone know if the Slide or the Swing are any good? cuz they're selling both of em for under 70 bucks on ebay. Thanks for any help guys.

Man, i used the search and none of the topics i found helped me all that much. The kampus site itself only sells old models, where the hell do you get an 04 or 05 k-39?

Kampus does not have any K series. period. In fact, I do not think the 05's even exist, so all you can hope to find is a 04. Here is a list of places that might have them (got this from Kampus). I purchased mine from west coast. I just bought it last week.

West Coast Boardwear- NATE 707 838 8463
Wake & Skate- Nick 402 504 1071 K-39
Crummy's Craig- 208 442 7755
Chico Sports Ltd Vegas 530 894 1520

CharJ, I like the swing alot. I never rode a slide but i have held one before. In my opinion the slide felt like it would not ride well. It seemed long and skinny and it was only a 7 ply. It just kindof looked retarded. But i would still buy that deal on ebay because the swing alone set me back $200.

The slide is pretty bad, Its soo narrow and it really doesnt have much feel to it. Just like a narrow peice of flat ply wood

A small store near Vegas carries Kampus. Its called Surfoptica in Boulder City. They have about 5 04 K-39s in stock plus other Kampus models. They are $69.00. Ask for Lance and tell him John from Harley sent you. Good luck.

Just to throw this in there, my shop should have one. Go to shopdwellers.com and e-mail them. They were originally 119.99 but they're 40 percent off. eh...
