ive seen people ollie both ways, sliding their foot like on a skateboard, or just keeping their feet still and shifting weight. im trying to get higher ollies, and wondering which technique allows for more pop/height.

somewhat slide. but the board doesnt really get as vertical as a skateboard so you dont really slide the top of the foot up
