In july im moving from arkansas to pittsburgh to attend the art institue of pittsburgh I was just wondering if anyone out there in pittsburgh rides those rivers downtown or if any lakes are close. i want to know if i should evenbother bringing my skate and jacket?

i ride the river that goes through pitt just couple hundred miles down
