|
|
Since everyone is posting their pics of skating, I decided to throw in some as well.
These pics are from last week, but like that matters. It rained so we looked for a place to ride, and this was it. There was a lake right behind the ditch, but it's MN so the water was like 35 degrees, so no way in h*|| we'd get in that (no drysuit).
The water was dirty Grouch's mom. (sorry, had to Grouch). But it was frickin' nasty. It looks more like oil, not to mention random stuff in the bottom of it that you'd step on, as well as things floating.
Here's a few pics, but check out more here -> http://www.parsethis.net/gallery/index.php?cat=8
Oh, and we had to dock start every time, so we got good at that pretty quick. Kind sucked, but good at the same time.
And the ditch wasn't very long, so not too many riding pics, and it was hard to set up for tricks when you just land from the dock start and then you're at the end.
Don't forget to check out tons more here -> http://www.parsethis.net/gallery/index.php?cat=8 _________________ :colorless: -> http://falic.parsethis.net <- |

offkilter23, yeah that would be sweet, except it's about 6-8 inches higher than the water, plus about 8 ft wide...so that would be one hell of an ollie.
We were thinking or a flatbar or something, but we don't have that much time to build it and ride it. _________________ :colorless: -> http://falic.parsethis.net <- |

dude you guys better build a flatbar for that so that the next time it rains you will be ready. I have been looking for a little land gap like that forever. |

we went boarding on saturday in MN. we went in the actual lake though. water was roughly 40 degrees and air was about 60. we were just riding in boardshorts and vests too. it was sick, we had perfect glass too because no one else is crazy enough to go in yet!!! _________________ YSC is so steezy...
