ScottyB, dont listen to headhunter!!! Laughing he seems to hate them, but im pretty sure the rest of us like them.

ive had my seadoo wake edition for a year now, 100 hours on it, absolutely love it. hasnt broken down once and we havent had any issues with it at all. they ride great, very stable, fast as crap and stuff and so they are fun to ride when your not towing or being towed. i kick the crap outta most of the stuff on my lake besides some dudes rxp. seadoo is the only company with the pylon, which IMO makes a big difference, getting towed 3 feet off the water is a big difference from getting towed at water level.

i recommend sea doo

headhunter recommends anything but

ScottyB, id hold out for other recommendations lol, i dont wanna be to blame if you buy a seadoo and then it explodes and your body cant be found. but that hasnt happened to me yet so i like it.

***disclaimer***seadoos do not actually explode and disentegrate its riders.

I also have a see doo wake edition. I love it, I used to have a yamaha and boy is my seadoo wake make a big diffrence. Very stable, fast and sh*t and very stable. preety much what seven11dmd, said. I know some people who have them and I have never heard nothing but good things from them. Also my sea-doo has never broken down.

seven11dmd, lol i have had zero probs with my honda and have 275hrs on it in a year of riding. but as far as my hatred for the sea doo. i rode behind thomas's and reeds and they both were riding like crap and the wake wasnt even clean compared to other brands. my good friends seadoo had to have new starters in it about everymonth. also had to get it rebuilt at 150hrs and it was a couple of years old. to me just not that great of a ski compared to others. i would recomend testing the ski's b4 dropping the money and see wat you like

my uncle had problems with two of his last year. the first one sucked in water (i'm not sure what the reason was) twice and then he just got rid of it instead of fixing it. his sexond one stalled a lot and other times it would only go up to like 15 mph then die never to start again the rest of the day, it also had problems starting. i will say that they both were fast as hell and really fun to drive when they worked.

Jonesie, your uncles skis sucks up water because of a 17 cent part. that really sucks, who everfixed it the first time should pay to fix it the 2nd time. if you look up the pump nozzle you'll see these 2 little hoses hanging out. i wold be willing to bet that those hoses fell off creating a vacume through the exhausst system. if you go and get it fixed make sure you get the black hoses and not the white ones.

(i worked at a jetski shop for along time.)

I'm pretty sure you're right on the money with what happened to it, anyways it doesn't matter, after the 2nd time it happened he got rid of that one and got one of the turbocharged ones or whatever. Sea-doos are really nice to ride though, and if I had the cash, I would look into getting one.
