board repair

i just got a 03' 4 trac from a kid for forty bucks. everything looks pretty good but a few things. one: on the side of the board there is a crack that goes in on one layer through the deck. i still have the wood from the crack but that it. the second thing is that the bottom is not green anymore. u would expect that though from a board that was sold or 40 bucks. i was wondering how i could fixx it or who could fix it for me

It's going to crack all the way through soon if it already goes through the deck. You probably have a few weeks before its done.

if it wat it sounds like you can put some sort of marine sealant on the board and repaint it and you should be fine

epoxy the crack up. 5 minute epoxy, tons of it then sand it down so its smooth, then marine seal the whole deck again, maybe paint it first
