what is with everyone wanting to make their own skate now?..and if your just using it for the trampoline, it wouldn't even have to be good. _________________

Mr. Top Hat, nothing at all, I am considering experimenting with it myself, but like in the past few days there have been quite a few threads added about it. I guess I should of just posted some links to other threads. _________________

i dont live in the united states so ebay is not an option for me, also im doing bad in school and my dad wont buy me anything, I pay my own stuff...
so whats a way to do a nice wood "wakeskate" to use in the tramp?
also, i took the trucks off a skateboard and atached some foot straps, like the ones in kitesurfing ( i kitesurf). do you think doing tricks on the tramp with this will help me improve my wakeboarding? |

Buy the time you make a skate it'd be around the price of a cheap used skate that you could buy either of ebay or a friend that has an old board (maybe as someone on the forum for an old cheap board).
I made one and it came to about $60-80 I think, and didn't turn out to great riding-wise. Would have worked fine on a tramp I guess though. Just buy a cheap used one I say. Otherwise you might mess it up or something.
Also keep in might the cheap k39's. _________________ :colorless: -> http://falic.parsethis.net <- |
