For anyone interested...
Here are some shots and information on the inner tech that goes into each Integrity skate.
Shot # 1 ...
Finished product...
Shot # 2 ...
Here is our center-weighted CNC machined core... 75 % of all the weight is placed thru the middle of each deck helping it spin on an axis.
Shot # 3 ...
This is our extra 22 oz. patch of tri-ax glass... creating a super stiff skate.
44 oz. total on the bottom, 22 oz. on the top.
Over kill...? Yes.
You won't break this ever...

Very cool erich...hmm, now "nobody" has to cut through one of your decks to find out what's in the middle.
If you ever get the time, could you take a close-up of the lemons deck? I'd like to see the detail, like the visible fiberous texture where the white is (if that design aspect was still utilized). It's definitely a bold and stunning looking deck...

Erich...
Those are some great shots and great info to see and have. You dont see any other companies doing that. I wish you the best with Integrity. The wakeskate community should support companies like yours because you support them.

WOW... Thanx for sharing those Erich. Is Integrity a one person company, or do you have other people working for you?

Thanks for sharing Erich! That looks really cool.

-Why not go ahead and put it on as an article anyway? Maybe more people will see it this way if they don't read the forums... I know I've always been interested in production processes and how things are put together, maybe that's why I want to be a Mech. Engineer, and this is something that would definitely cause someone like myself to try and learn more about wakeskating in general.

The 05 decks have the extra 22 oz. patch (Team and Lemons)... More center weight... Stiffer and thicker stringer... Lemons has the tri fin setup and the durasurf bottom... The team is all PBT top and bottom (that would be the same material you would find on every LF or Hype skate that isn't made with wood.
Just to give you guys an idea on the glass... The indusrty standard is 16 oz. top & 16 oz. bottom Tri-ax weave.
We use 22 oz. top, 22 oz. bottom and them an additional 22 oz. strip 6 inches wide goes down the center on the bottom of each deck... making the bottom 44 oz. = 66 oz. total...
That is a crazy amount of tri-ax glass.
This deck is extremly stiff and snappy and it would take a long time if ever for it to break down and or lose it's pop.
It's crazy how much time an effort goes into each deck... There are many steps and precise measurments taken. The cad work that went into this is nuts... (it's art)...and the process to build this deck is truly unique... Thanks to the "One person" who is the master mind behind the manufacturing process.
There is more info on our site if you want to check it...

Schmaltz,
Looking at that factory shots page on your site is like watching a painter change a piece of canvas into a masterpiece. Very impressive. Again, thanks for sharing.
