bi-level defect

who ever has a bi-level send it back immedility. there is a defect and they are laminating in about 3 weeks. i was ordering one off performance and they emailed me back saying there is a defect.

this has been gone over about 1,000 x and if your bilevel delams for no reason thomas will take care of it for you. i think its prettty lame to say "send it back immediatly" not every bi-level is delaming.

and im not sure what to think about performance they said the same thing to my friend. i think its cool that they are looking out for everyone but if i was thomas i would be pissed cause not every bi-level is delaming.

if what Itch said is correct, and I assume it is, then the first batch will all delam b/c of the lack of marine sealant, just amatter of time

Pirate's right, ive had my bi-level for a while now and nothing wrong yet. Im not saying it wont delam, but i know aaron reed and thomas, they would help you out.
Perf is sending a batch back though, i was given the same info. They are still awesome boards

Thomas issued a call back of all product from the first delievery it is wrong of Bill and the crew at Performace to say theres a defect they should just say they have none in stock which is true. I don't know if ALL will delam they might not depending how long it cured and how the board is taken care of.

This is just a big conspiracy by a local realitor out of Lake Havasu to not have to buy one and constantly borrow or mooch skates. Realitors are so cheap! Guys chill out, you bought a board something was wrong with it. The company is getting you another one. Preety good customer service if you ask me. I am sure Thomas is on top of this and the boards should come out great. I love my bi-level, I cant ride anyother board with such concave and pop. Ride one before you start hatting on the company.

Correct me if I'm wrond but I heard the new company that is pressing the decks also deals with skateboards or something like that. I am preety sure cassette got a new company pressing the decks, because he did move cassette headquaters to Miami.

Bottom line is.. If you purchased a Bi-level with defects call Thomas or where you bought it from. I am sure they will help you out, or if your going to purchase a bi-level just wait until the next batch.
