Agreed! However, when I heard them played as background music during Entertainment Tonight, I was not so stoked. Regardless, it is hard to write good lyrics, and they do that well. _________________ Life's Kredo = "When the snake falls in love with the spagetti it's time to buy a new hat." & "I guess I need to whiskey up these corn flakes..and heroin up this Orange Juice." |

| yea postal service is good. death cab is good too. basically the same but with instruments. the lyrics are good, but conor oberst seriously puts them to shame. bright eyes just came out with two cds. one of them, digital ash in a digital urn, is mostly electronic too, if you are into postal service you might like them. oberst has been compared to dylan on many occasions, and like dylan...he doesnt have the greatest voice, so people say. personally i think his voice is really good, its raw and personal. but anyways...you have to respect the songwriting, its really genius. |

Bright eyes played here like a month ago. They got torn to pieces by the media. The lead singer actually stopped singing in the middle of the song and asked the crowd to stop singing the words to his song so loud. Didn’t know you weren’t aloud to do that at a concert. Then he pretty much said he hates Texas which people around here really don’t like hearing. The guy who sits next to me at work went and said he liked it though. _________________ www.unicornofthesea.com |
