i was wondering what you all ride, tape or foam? are their advantages that one have over another other than grip tape will tear you legs up? |

I actually ride foam byerly 107 but i like riding my friend's grip tape and i want to put some grip tape on it like Zak Stone does, yea that guy rips  _________________ Yea

More grip isn't always the best for some people. I like being able to slide my feet around easier with grip than with foam. _________________

More grip = sucks during certain times, like if you have to move your feet back to a certain position quickly (IE: bad landing), foam will own you. Also, if you do a split, it hurts more with foam cause the foam keeps your other foot on the board more. |

I've gotten sanded by grip a lot on the back of my legs, on the backside of my knees and across my calf muscles. Beats the crap out of shinners (which I've had a few). But look at it this way- grip burns get you chicks. _________________
