There's three things you can do in times like this, which are all perfectly reasonable decisions--

1. Be a part of the problem, keep the bad vibe alive.

2. Turn and leave when you don't like the way things are going.

3. Stick around, ride it out, and try to pull the board out of the rut it's in. I like the idea of 3, but I can't do it on my own... anyone care to join me and make an effort to breathe life back into this place?
