Some friends and I are planning a trip down to the Keys this spring break.
We noticed in the Snap video that some of the guys were riding down in the keys. We were wondering where exactly they were riding and what other good places there are to ride down in the keys.
Thanks..

They were probly at Hampsons house... if you have a jet ski, there are several places down there where it's like 2 ft deep coves back in the mangrove islands

You used to be able to ride in snake creek but it is all no wake zone now. that big cove on the gulf just north of snakecreek was deep enough for my wakesetter if the wind is out of the right direction.

More than 40 shark attacks out of 80 each year happen off the coast of Florida, and more precisely in the Keys...

Have fun man!!!

there is so much space and calm clear shallowish water down in the keys. you can find good spots off of pretty much every key. its all about finding the leeward side of mangrove islands where the water is deep enough. sand bottom is nice. do not go in the channels or jetties though, because thats where most of the sharks are. and there are plenty more than just nurse sharks, most are small bonnetheads though.

but seriously, if the waters clear and not too deep riding is awesome and sharks arent that big of a worry.
