| I remember getting waves like that, then I moved from South Africa to England. Last surf trip we went on in the UK we travelled 7 hours for 3 foot cross shore slop, at least you don't have to worry about sharks here. |

Work will be pretty tough to get if you don't speak french. U could maybe hook up with other US peeps living here and work with them.
Humm should be about $4k to have to containers shiped down here from LA
