the owner of my local wakeshop told me cassette was going to get bought out by CWB/Connely because it is a bigger company and they will still make the same boards.
Has anyone heard this or is it just total BS?

i am not saying it is true. i dont have any evidence and i rather it not be true. but i am curious to know because that is what my local guy told me.

Hmmmmmmmmm haven't heard a thing but I would doubt it seeing that Thomas just moved everything all down to Miami, so why would he have spent all that cash if somebody else was going to run the show. He hasn't said a word to me.

Most wake shop employees that I have dealt with have been idiots who talk about things that don't make sense and have an 1337 attitude

Actually I heard that K-Swiss was going to buy them and then market the Bi-Level/K-Swiss combo deal. With every deck you buy you get a neato pair of shoes along with it.
