i know how to set up an avatar, but many pictures or logos that i want to use are too big. is there any way to downgrade the quality or size of the pictures so they'll fit?

it has to be a maximum of 80 pixles either high or wide....

IrFanView is a program that will allow you to shrink images and it's a free download
