Ok so i took the majority of the foam off, now i just have small tiny peices some are good sized peices, anybody a quick way to remove it all? _________________

use a small amount of gasoline......if you dont have gas handy...peanut butter works good too. neither of those products will do damage to the board...all it does is loosen the adhesive on the backing of the foam.
make sure you wash it clean after so that your new grip will stick on good.

EvanPark, paint thinner is really toxic tho...and there is a chance it wear the layer of water sealant thats on the board....it could thin the sealant thats on the board |

i was just able to peel of the very bottom layer, DONT USE GOO GONE!!!!!!!! WHATERVER YOU DO DONT USE IT. my friend suggested it for just a little bit of sticky stuff and it took me like three hours trying to get that crap off. |

I went with gasoline and it worked amazing, the adhesive pretty much went to gel and the entire board is pretty much unglued, im washing it and then will spray a layer of clear coat over it to be safe that the board has been sealed. I was bummed that some gas found it's way to the bottom of the board and my sharpie ran!! haha no problem though, sharpie is easy to redo. _________________
