gorath112, first find a picture you like, obviously not mine Laughing

, and resize it to 100 by 100 pixels, you can do this with a program like microsoft photo editor, if that is a little more than your comfortable with, then google around for an avatar that you like, then download it to an easy place to find it on your machine, then click the profile button between your favorites and inbox, then scroll down to the dialogue box that says "Upload Avatar from your machine:" then click browse and find your way back to that easy to find location that you stored your graphic in, the rest should be pretty self explanitory, give it a shot
