I WENT WAKESKATING TODAY!!!

We skated today. It was so cold, we all went numb. Glassy water. Going again tomorrow. wahoo.

Where are you?
did you do lake washington today or yesterday or some day recently, because I heard that on the wakeworld forums a bunch of guys went out with several boats and anybody could go.

i went today too, didnt get numb, little chilly, little choppy, but its florida and i was shortin it so im not complaining Laughing

i get to go! first time in a month....and david, you're missin out on the weather at the lake, its been 70 degrees for the past three days and my friends and i are takin out two seadoos today for a skate/tubing/drinking session.

thats what my mom was saying, 70 degrees thats rediculous. I had to leave to come back up to school the day after christmas and there was 20 inches of snow when i got here. it's been soooo long since i have been out. whats the temp of the water right now? as long as it's not windy, i bet the water will be glass

yeah man the water was glass Very Happy

the air is nice but the water is 48 so falling sucks more than usual. it was windy as balls and then it rained a little bit, but that cleared up and when it did, the wind died down and the sun came out. lotsa fun. and that sucks that you have nowhere to skate up in indiana. but you can always try goin behind a car if you've got 20 inches of snow to play with.

the temperature change is cause of the earthquake here, it knocked the earths axis off

not sure if youre kidding there, but last i checked fault lines are the cause of earthquakes, not temperature. according to CNN earth was only "temporarily" knocked off its axis.

went again today.....damn stupid of me cause the temp had dropped to the 50's and it was raining. didnt even land a shuvit but hey, i was the first person to skate on my lake this year. come to think of it, i was probably the first person to do anything on my lake this year Very Happy

i wasnt kidding but you seem to know more about it. maybe it was only temporary so i dont know. but it was a massive earth quake

again a nice... id say 75º bit windy, and crowded but we went back farther in the river and found a nice shallow flatttt spot!
