I recently started to do handle pass training by making a handle out of pvc pipe attached to rope to a gallon water jug filled with water. I thought that a thing keeping me back is me just not being in shape and not enough muscle memory for the handle pass.
Have you guys implemented any off-water training for handle pass, ollie height (like jumping). I can only ride for a short time. If I only rely on the short time to improve - I will get nowhere fast. I know in pro surfing they have training to improve balance and performance on waves for off-water training.
