well I want to make a modular- up to flat rail that will break down into 8' to 10' sections

I want to float it with my 55 gallon plastic drums

I want it to look like the one in the Battle of the Backyard HERE

Show me some sketches, I can use aluminum for the frame, how would you design it?

Instead of it breaking down, I would make the rail 40' long, 4' wide, and have it hinged in the middle so it would fold up. Then I would build it so it is towable.

You know that is very doable...

excuse the poor drawing skills, just drew it quick for visual understanding
