Alright so if your parents are lawyers or you know one please please please get me info...heres the deal

I am a college student, and i want to produce a calendar....the Girls of JMU. Anyways this would consist of girls in bathing suits, (no nudity) posing around campus. I would then turn these photos into calendars and sell them for profit. I dont want to get my ass sued or charges pressed against me. I realize i probably need a waiver that would be signed. But I dont know to what extent i need to do this and if theres anything else i need to be aware of. The reason i cant consult a lawyer myself is becuase i dont have the money to hire one and i doubt this project will rake in enough cash to allow me to do so.

Any real advice would be greatly appreciated.

at the very least all the girls would have to sign waivers, and the school would have to give permission to shoot there...good luck

williams isnt it? maybe u dont need to take pics at the school, maybe on the beach or at a park and have the girls wear school spirit clothes or w/e, good luck with it anyways

oh ok well yeah dude i think u should not take the pics on school, just try and get school oriented shat like the mascot and jearsey and stuff that the girls can pose with and just make wat you would think is the best waiver, include the fact that they wont get paid in small print tho and definately include the fact that they have no rights to the photos afterward and i dunno stuff like that
