Buy a pair of DVS dayton wake shoes and help a fellow wakeskater out!

My name is Jared and I am training for the portland marathon. I have joined an organization that is called team in training (www.teamintraining.org) While training together we raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Each donation helps accelerate finding a cure for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma. Nearly 958,000 Americans are battling these blood cancers. I am hoping that my participation in Team In Training will help bring them hope and support.

SO, I have a pair of DVS dayton wake shoes size 10.5, that are brand new, never worn, barely taken out of the box. I want to do an informal aution type thing where the highest bidder donates to my campaign in exchange for the shoes. I am hoping to get at least what I paid for them, around $65. I'm not exactly sure how this is going to work out, but I think if you just reply in the thread with your bid, so everyone can see what the price is at, and then I will stop the bidding Wednesday the 6th, at 9am pacific time. I hope that there are still enough people that lurk to vouch for my credibility. If the winner does not feel comfortable, we can work something out via paypal.
If you dont want the shoes, but just feel like donating, my website is http://pages.teamintraining.org/oswim/portland12/jholmx . It would be greatly appreciated.

THANK YOU!

one other thing to add also, is that the heel material has a laser etched pattern by MAKR, also known as jason gregory. he designed the patterns on all of the 05 cassette bi-levels. and right now, he's sort of a leather goods, amazing designer type guy. he makes wallets, bags of all sorts, and is making stools, wall hooks, limited skateboards with leather risers, etc. he's an amazing guy.

Great idea and cause! I've lost many family members to cancer and applaud you for your support in the team in training program! I just donated to your page and wish you the best!
