last thanksgiving me and my friend made a giant box that weighed so much we had to rent a car hauler from u-haul to get it to the water. it was 16 ft long and 4ft wide and on one side it had a 2.5ft high rail and the box was planned to sit a foot out of the water. well it was so heavy we couldmt get it to float right and it was so cold that we couldnt ollie on it. we left it there and it beached itself and is still in tampa bay covered in barnicles. we worked on that box the whole week and spent so much money on it and the weather just made us not car eit was horrible, oh and btw the water was mid60s and the windchill was 50s

I went riding yesterday, and we're going tomorrow. I'm wearing a 2/3 and it's not bad here in Maryland. This sport is too much fun to let a little cold weather hold you back. Any other eastern shore riders out there?

This is when I like to ride more, all the kooktoobers go home, and we get the lake back. The wind from the cold front sucked though, the lake was blown all weekend.
