I want to get into making some long boards and my own skates also. Would I be better off building a press or using this system?

Good question, and something I have personally considered.

I think that if I ever get into it, I may as well just go full retard and make a press.

But some would say that you should never go full retard, so Id love to ear their opinion(s) as well.
