				| And I need a car that runs. I know some of you guys on here know your way around cars. Any suggestions on what I should be searching for? I'm not interested in any SUV's or trucks, since I have a van to use for moving things and all of that. Something good on gas would be pretty cool. I've been looking at old Acura Integras. So let me know what you guys think. Any help is appreciated.

				| I paid $3000 for my 99 Corolla LE back in 2008 with 70k miles. It has been amazing. good on gas (lowest mpg is like 32mpg) and super reliable. Ive already put 100k more miles on it and i feel like its going to last a long time. The LE has the nicer options which are nice to have since some corollas are bare. I think you could get a 2001 or 2002 for $3000 now.

If you go with a little nicer model like a honda accord or toyota camry you would have to get an even older model for that price. but the nicer seats and stuff are a plus. If you are looking Acuras and Lexus then you would have to look even older. you would have to decide if the little nicer aesthetics are worth the extra age and use
I do 1000 miles round trip drives every 3 weeks and it would be nicer to have a little better seats, but thats not too big of a deal.

				| I miss the crap out of my 92 honda civic hatchback. That thing was awesome but I had 4 cars at the time and it was the least fun to drive, so I gave it to my bro who then ruined it and then traded it. It was a stock car that got great gas mileage...up past 35mpg. Then once we open the intake a bit and exhaust it was over 40mpg. So my vote is 92-95 civic hatch as I am looking for one myself | |

				| I bought a 96 accord 4 door after highschool to take to Cali. It had the wood grain. It was dope. Should have kept it. _________________
