what colleges are good for wakeskating in the florida area? or anywhere for that matter. what schools do you guys go to? when im in college im going to want to ride, and i know some schools have collegiate wake teams. any info on any of these schools would be so appreciated. im about to graduate this year and need to start applying asap

Florida State has a wakeskate team, so does Florida, and South Florida does too... I dont know about any other one's... One of our team guy's rides for FSU..infact our lake is there home practice lake aswell. Well when its not low like it is now

jake .R., it's all about UF! We ride in Ocala a bunch, it's super fun. If you go to UCF there are always people around to ride, it's Orlando so wakeskating isn't hard to find. The Tally guys are awesome too, sprocket america keeps it real. Logan and Clint live up there too, I just rode with Logan, great guys to ride with.

My vote is UF, but I'm a little biased. Twisted Evil

For college advise, i Go to FSU, never thought there would be wakeskating and there's tons of it Crazy Eyes

you'll shred year round no matter where you go. so don't worry about it too much as long as you go to usf, fsu, uf, or, ucf well all meet up at the comps! Very Happy

Sacramento State is great on the west coast. The team goes out monday, wednesday, and friday 9am-2pm. You just show up during those times and the boat picks you up. Its so nice. And its only 20 minutes from campus so you can ride and then go to class.

Auburn can't compete w the scenes at the fl schools but it's got tons of winch spots nearby (tallassee drop, shakespear, 280 gap, etc) then there's a few diff lakes and rivers nearby. Even a small scene on lake Guntersville, smith lake, and lake Martin. Then bens house is a couple hours east as well as gravity research. Lastly there's a 2.0 railpark being built in bham right now. War eagle!!!!

salisbury university....its cold here in the winter but spring summer and fall u can ride behind me nautique in the moke river
