disappointed about shades

so i bought the REMOTE anarchy shades from boardstop and was wondering how everyone else felt about the durability of these glasses?

I, myself am not very happy with them. At first i was stoked but soon later i found that the gold lens color wore off the lenses really fast and just look really bad.

I know its a 50 dollar shade but come on....for 50 bucks i feel like you should be able to get alot better.

i won a pair in a contest years ago and wore them a few times, really didnt like them... they havnt left the back of my car since... lol, i feel ya.

I buy 6 dollar sunglasses at a local "retro" shop. I only get cheap ones cause I loose a pair or two a month. They never fall apart or wear down, maybe cause I don't have them long. I do put them through hell while I have them however.

I haven't noticed my Remote sunglasses showing any signs of wear, but I haven't worn mine much. Are you just talking about the shiny gold finish on the outside part of the lens turning dull?

yeah well its like worn off and down to silver. i mean i wore these shades everyday for 3 weeks and they look terrible in the lenses now. i would alteast like to get a full month out of them lol.

Just contact Anarchy and tell them whats going on, maybe send them an email with a picture.. They should take care of you, if you have the receipt that is..

im not trying to get something for free im just trying to ask if anyone else have had the same problem that i have with my lenses......if you are going to put your shades out with gold lenses just make sure that the gold stays on the lenses lol

I haven't had any issues, but I've only worn them a couple times, I'll let you know if this changes
