A BIG night for wakeskating at the wake awards!

THOMAS HORRELL is finally a wake legend! Well, we all knew he was a legend years ago, and It's like four years too late for the industry to have finally recognized him in my opinion (give or take)...few people are more deserving than him, and I'm just bummed i wasn't there to see it all go down.

MORE THAN MACHINES is video of the year! A wakeskate video hasn't won the award since SFUMATO won it back in 04 (I believe--the first wake awards). Congratulations tad! You deserve it.

Also, ben horan was wakeskater of the year and I think stu shinn won the best trick award, but I dont' remember what he did. What is he going to do with all of those oakley watches?

BB, thanks for posting that! I asked ed and he said thomas wasn't there, but his parents were. It still would have been cool to be there for it because I think it's a big deal.

I sat at the table with his parents & used their camera to record the award..Very Cool!

It was great to see so much Wakeskating up there!
