Plave, go to the skatepark (with candy) and make friends

then take them out and teach them to drive the boat
then teach them to shred

I was thinking more of those many weekends I'm at my cabin with my gf who won't go anywhere near the water. Got a nice bay I could winch across.

i'm skeptical, you would think with something as innovative as the automatic winch the person would go into depth of how it worked, this could be nothing more than some sly video editing, but if it is truly automatic then this person has made winching/filming that much more convenient.

woah, this is so awesome. You don't have to be alone to use it. I know a few people who aren't the best winch operators and it'd be nice to get a consistent pull every time.

dude hell yeah ,
I could take this thing and teach my kids to wakesakate with out having to worry about my chica triing to operate the winch
or if you got some newbs that you dont want fing up your pull

remove the need for a carb , and program your rpms with a computer and you can teach anyone to drive the winch

Hey guys,

The guy who made it is an Aussie, this is just a prototype at the moment, from what I can tell. He talks about it on the Aussie wakeskate forums http://www.wakeskate.com.au/forum/topics/introducing-the-auto-winch (I hate linking to another forum when already on one but it speaks about it there). PM the guy I'm sure he will tell you guys about it.

I could totally see myself using it. I don't know many skaters in Houston and I have had plenty of days of not riding because of no one to go with.
