Volcomstone167, What's the specific issue? Is there a chip missing, or is it delaminating, or what? _________________ - Evan Molina |

I found 'Super Strength Araldite' to do the job for de-laminating ply. Takes 2hrs to gel, 8hrs to bond & 3 days to cure but is strong as.
Mask around the edges of the crack to make it easy to clean up after & cover everything you don't want glue on. (I always wear latex gloves too, because no mater how clean & careful I try to be, I always seem to make a mess.)
Then I use an old set of feeler gauges I have to work the epoxy deep into the crack.
Then cramp & let sit for a few days. |
