I feel like they get a lot already.

FTG is always putting out dope shorts and vids of the bayou boys

Fartenberry seems to put out vids often

Nick is always doing something crazy

I dunno I feel like we see A LOT of Integ/Mutiny compared to a lot of other companies

Like take CWB for example they have a small team but Stu rips uber hard and I love his laid back style. Manzari shreds super hard but you never see him either.

My 2 cents just saying

What industry bro????

If you havent noticed wakeskating is not getting ESPN coverage. It seems like all the crews have their own production companies that they operate besides riding to get their talent out there. Integ/Mutiny basically has their own media team dedicated to them more or less when it comes to exposure as well as Remote and Obscura. Of course there are rogue vids and stuff here and there but when it comes down to it WE are wakeskating. No tv cameras and fancy announcers that dont know what the hell they are talking about. No fluff no frills. If you notice no one really makes vids of anyone else and we dont have AWS anymore that did vids of everyone since its obvious DC does not care about wakeskating just like the rest of the non existent wakeskate media industry. Wakeskating is not a sport to make money. No one lives off of just wakeskating besides Hyperlite riders if you havent noticed. I personally think Integ/Mutiny get a good amount of footy logged and on the net since this is really our only outlet for media when it boils down to it besides the rare Pull episode or Built to Shred. Dont get me wrong I do love me some FTG videos and everything i have ever seen on Blast! is on point. I just think that when it comes to videos Integ/Mutiny actually have more than anyone else really. Thinks about how many riders they have compared to everyone else. More riders = More Videos plain and simple. You know who needs more exposure? Nick fvckin Dauzat cuz that man rips harder than my Dad after Taco night at the Lollar residence Laughing

Yeah dude these guys get so much coverage, they put out so many videos. You must just be checking alliance...

All the mutiny/integ boys shred so hard and push the sport in the direction it needs to go.

Can't wait for the team video to be done!

Lollar, well said, i should just stop hoping AWS or any other mag will give the sport huge attention, but you all are right, with Blast, the Sub, and ws.com i guess i shouldn't care if others choose to cover the sport or not. but on that note, transworld did an amazing thing with D&C, but your right, its kind of like they "had" to choose wakeskating because of the TEVA sponsorship..

this is an ongoing conversation, i didn't mean to make some huge statement, i just always want to see more of these riders. and i think they rip it up!

Putting out videos and coverage are two completely different things.

Not really true.

Not true.

Absolutely not true... TransworldWake's new Kahuna is a wakeskater. Not a waterskiier, not a wakeboarder... He's a wakeskater, a skateboarder, and a good dude... He's making moves for wakeskating.

but yeah,

I <3 wakeskaters. We've always been DIY...

Perfect summary. Anyone that actually loves wakeskating "gets it." That's why it still is the way it is. Nothing wrong with a tree growing as longs as it doesn't get dug up and moved.

I was going to say this. Shawn Perry's already doing great things at the helm of transworld wake. I can hardly wait to see the devise and conquer issue because I'll bet those stills will capture the little worlds all of those teams tried to create with their backgrounds and such. Anyway, I'm trying to say shawn's doing a great job and I expect nothing but good things to come. Cool And like he said in his interview with us, sustainability is super important so you're not going to see every heavy hitter in the event at once. Integrity, mutiny and the others will have their turn and I'm sure it will be amazing.

The vid was sick and the soundtrack they choose for it was on point Smash

And to add to the ongoing discussion:
I just started wakeskating about a month ago, and I really like this sport especially as an outlet from school. All the videos that are released from the various teams and individuals are pretty 90% of the time hanging out and shredding all day with friends. That to me is awesome it just represents that sport is for the sole enjoyment of the rider and to the people who watch it. If I could I would try to be out on the water all day practicing. Cool

Sick little video. Baytown Throwdown! Can't Wait!!!

These guys put in a lot of time on these videos. Many hours have been spent in front of that computer. All for the love of the craft. Ryan and Mitch put out these videos because they love to wakeskate and film. It's not about who's getting the most coverage. It's all about good times w the crew. Mutiny/Integ is just lucky to have such talented video guys putting in the hours. (the riders help a lil Laughing )

Anyways, much appreciated to all the film guys that help my boring work day lunch.

nick, totally my bad interpretation. i take that all back.

thanks for the clear up and that makes me excited about transworld wake and the future of wakeskating with the magazine. im sure its hard for them to cover two sports in the same mag, and trying to decide how much of each to cover to satisfy their readers.
