I've been pulled by a little Suzuki pitbike before, but I'm not sure if I remember how powerful it was. I'm guessing it was a 125cc from what I can think of.

as long as you're not like deepwater starting I feel like it would work. It'd be really sketchy though

A 50 would be hard. A bored out might will work as said if not deep watering. I've seen it done.
