cool. i'd almost buy a kite just to do that around here. how much am i lookin to spend just to do that?

urinal mint, You can probably get a decent kite with lines and a control bar for $500-$800 if you find a good deal on used gear (you should go with one that's from 2008 or newer, they're way better than the old ones). From there all you really need is a harness and I've seen used ones for as low as $30. Just make sure nothing's rusted/worn out in the hardware and you're good to go.
