So we went and hit a different gap. Nice run up, kind of shallow. Had to dam it up but even then we scraped on our ollies. evan landed his first ollie, bailed the second. I almost landed my first one (first time hitting a winch gap, let alone being back on a skate since ACL surgery in August.) and the second one I came in with too much speed and just lost it in the air.

After my second hit we were done with it just because we needed sand bags to get a better/deeper ollie spot.

After that we drove to another little spot that is fücking perfect. Amazingly long run up, deep enough for rails, all soft mud... then a little 2ft drop again with a soft mud landing and great run out. Also far enough off the beaten path to not really draw attention.

Fun time for sure.
