Painting fiberglass deck

Does anyone have any experience painted a fiberglass skate?

I am in the process of restoring my beat up nicktaylor integ, fiberglassed all the holes and gauges. now I want to give it a fresh paint job.

Ive heard emron is the stuff to use for fiberglass, but its mad expensive and I want at least 2 colors, I was hoping i could spray paint it then cover with some sort of clear coat?

Anyone done this before?
