hey mechanics! i need jetski help (wont turn over, video)

this is my 1998 kawasaki 1100zxi and its not turning over, the battery has plenty of juice left in it. my dad heard it said he said it sounded to him like the starter went out and is slipping when it tries to turn over.

i was hoping someone on here had a little more insight on jetski motors. i can only work with computers...when it comes to engines im retarded.

my polaris did something similar

turned out to be a cpu problem

i didn't watch the video at work but ill check it out later

soo turns out if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself! my brother swore up and down he charged the battery then tried to start it. i just charged the battery myself and it started. Rolling Eyes

That is what it sounded like the problem was. Always hook a charger when trying to work on a jet ski.
