I just got a 2011 Mod 40 and I'm diggin it! Its on the lighter side (7lbs.) but rides the same as the impulse series. The nice part is it wont delam!

88skisupreme, I ride a mod..... I'de be willing to part with it if you want. I haven't slid it and it has maybe 6 rides behind a sea-doo on it. Willing to trade also................

The 2011 Mod is not the same shape as the Impulse.
But they improved it a lot!
It's thinner than the 2009/2010 and rides really well!! |

It is almost exact, the only difference is the molded channel in the bottom so it rides the same as the wood decks. I have the 2011 Mod sitting next to my 2010 skates in my garage and they look the same. Its lighter than the impulse but the same shape.

i have the 2009 so if youre looking at the older model (the thicker one) i say it holds up really good, its my second season behind boat and cable and its still holding strong
