Im getting this 97 polaris sl650 for free. I was wondering if anyone has an experience with these and If I'll be able to wakeskate behind it or not. Not sure on the power on these things but just wanted to know If I could give me a decent pull.

i have a 04 polaris
love it

idk about that model but they are pretty solid ski's for the most part

ive rode behind 650's with no problem , it just takes an experienced driver to counter cut when you really pull hard on the ski out in the flats

other than that you should be money

I bought one a while back and found out that it didn't have enough power to get me up. I am not a dragger at all either. It might have just been that model though... Good Luck!

POPTART, which 04 polaris do you have? I just bought an 04 msx 110 and so far I love it. haven't tried skating behind it yet though.

I would think a 650 would be enough to pull you but would have to finesse your startup and have a good driver.
