So I am thinking about buying a camcorder. Which ones do you guys like?

Canon 1d mark 4 seems to shoot some really nice video.

thanks guys but I am wanting to stay around a $1,000.00. I guess I should have said that.

You could probably find a used Canon 7d for not too much more than 1000. Then you'd have a pretty good all around camera. If that's something you're interested in I'd check out KEH.com. or if you decide otherwise you can get a new one for around 1700. The body alone wouldn't be too much more than 1000, but the kit with a decent lens, 2 batteries, charger, etc. is a little pricier.
