so im at savers today lookng around and i find this video camera. its ten bucks so i bought it. its a Keystone 8mm Electric eye k-4c (thats what it says on the camera) googled it and i guess its from the 1950s. thinking about shooting some wakeskating and snowboarding with this thing.where do i get film? how do i develop it ? etc i know very little on this topic so if you have any info please help me out. sorry for the bad pictures

i dont know where you get the film...or where to develop it. but those things are pretty tricky to load and shoot with. and then once you get the shot i think you have to send the film away to a 3rd party to develop it and its kinda expensive.
maybe you should look in to taking a film course at the local college. then you could use all of their supplies/knowledge for free
sick find for $10 though... hope you get some cool footy

i found this place online

they transfer film to dvd for $.15 a foot.
i talked to my graphics teacher and i guess we have some reallllllllllllly old 8mm projector somewhere at my school. but the class is all digital so they dont have any film editing tools or anything.
expect to see a video, i WILL make this work

| you can also just put the film onto a projector and film the footy with a minidv cam tripoded looking at the projection screen lol its mission

its like 50 bucks for one roll then getting it developed is even more. Super expensive. Cool for the wall or display though.
