im setting up a compition adn dont know how it needs to be set up or what i need, ive never been to a contest, so can someone tell how it usually works and what essentails i need?

questions i have:

entry fee?
prizes?
number of rounds?
should i just have people bring food like a cook out?
how many boats/ seadoos?
how many rails/ kickers, and what kind?
how many judges?
and anything else you can think of that i missed

ok i think two rounds would be awsome and avg the score or something.
as many judges as needed...i dont kno wat the number would be but make sure their imparsial and know the a 270 shuv to front lip 270 shuv out is way more tech than w2w stuff(except some shat but in local comps no one is doing that crazy w2w shat)
I would also suggest a boat division and a ski divion and a best trick(3 trys to get the biggest trick possible).
if u wanna make money buy an a ss load of hot dogs and buns and conduments and sell em for like 1-1.50
get a good annoucer!!!

i have little clue, but i think it'd be best if you went to a comp just to get a better idea.
try to get some sponsors, and get the word out about the comp as fast as you can. use shops and radio or anything if possible.
