New Wakeskates

Has anybody ordered from them lately? Any idea on how long it takes to receive a board order?

I ordered a deck a month ago, emailed 2 weeks later asking about it, they said they were sending it the next day, like a week and a half later, still haven't gotten it, emailed them for a tracking number (that I never got in the first place), haven't heard anything..

Sorry for the vent or whatever, just a little frustrated and wondering if anyone else has experienced this with them...trying to get any idea when I will see this board..

Also I realize they are very busy with alot of stuff going on, I'm not trying to hate or anything.

If they actually sent it on the day he said in the email, then I think it should be here by now so I would like to contact the shipping company but have no clue who it is/the tracking number.

i was on their site the other day wondering the same thing.

now that they are busy making remotes i wonder if they would even have time.....

Well they should have time you would think anyway. Especially since the price for them went way up..

They charged my credit card like 3 weeks ago, I just got my bank statement.

My first deck was a new. I ordered it in September 07 and got it in November 07. Maybe it just takes them a bit to get it to ya. But that all could happen to be cause i live in Aus and everything takes a million years to get here Razz

. They are worth the wait but, very nice decks

I ordered a 39.5 about a year ago and it shipped in exactly 2 weeks from when I ordered it..I also got a tracking number right after my order was placed. Not sure whats going on with yours though... I would guess they are focused on Remote. Question

If anyone on here works for New, please try and help me out. I just want my skate already, but I'll just get my money back if I have to.

Anyone else that orders from New, I really hope you have better luck.

I would really appreciate a response as to when I will actually be seeing my board I ordered. As of right now I have absolutely nothing to ride and I ordered my board almost a month ago, expecting to wait a week or two at most. I am frustrated that I can't even get a simple response from you, letting me know anything. If I need to soon I will just have to start taking the steps to getting my money back and/or getting the law involved.

All I want is my New blank 39.5. It's my favorite board, and the only board I feel comfortable on. I really don't want to have to resort to getting some shiznackle skate made by a wakeboard company, but I'd rather do that than not ride at all, which is what's happening to me and has been happening to me the last 3 1/2 weeks that I have been waiting for my New. I've owed 2 others and don't see where the customer service, that have I have seen previously, has gone. I totally understand that you are super busy with the whole manufacturing thing for other companies and I think it is awesome what you are trying to do for this wonderful sport. However if you can't get people boards when they order them, in a some what timely matter, perhaps maybe you need to rethink what you are doing. The New I have once known I feel is now gone. This whole situation is just making me so upset, all I want to do is thing I love, wakeskate, but I can't without a board. All I'm asking for is some kind of response. I have sent too many emails to you, only to not hear anything back. I have called the contact number on your site, only to never get an answer, let alone a working voice mail box. I don't even know what to do at this point. I feel like I have gotten scammed and ripped off, which is not something anyone should feel when ordering from a reputable company, especially yours. Please give me any sort of light to see or hope to believe in and keep a loyal customer/supporter. I believe your product is unmatchable and I would rep it until the day I die, but this experience is really taking a toll on me and my support for you. Please give me any insight, any at all. My order number is 218. For God sakes, please do the right thing.
