Does anybody kite-snowboard or kite-ski? I've just ordered a kite today for the winter season. Those things are powerful and can make you fly high without paying gas.
Electricsnow, if you read this post, no, I'm not going to throw those gay kiteboarding tricks like one-minute-grabs, one-minute-one-footers, 1800 spins and other air ballerina stuff... Maybe a "Dead Man" though... Hahaha!!

Parky, hahahaha! Snowboarding vs. Skiing? That duel is sooooooooo retarded!
In Europe, almost 70% of the kids (10-16 years) are now into freestyle-skiing. Snowboarding is "dying" here...

gregg, around 500 $ for a brand new one (with the handle, the lines, the security system, the back-pack,...). But U can also check the second-hand market.

I ski and agree that snowboarding is starting to die out. Or atleast not be the sweet cool thing to do anymore. Now kids have a choice between skiing and snowboarding. Both are cool in my opinion, but i will always ski.
