|
|
Does anyone know what length Reed rides? Does anyone on here ride one and if so what length do you ride?
I currently have an 09 Lemons and although I love the pop ect I took a set on an sst the other day and felt a lot more confident for some reason.
I am thinking of buying a Zariel to try(I can't demo one where I am) and I am just tossing up between the 40 and 42. I want to do more w-w riding. I will be keeping my integrity too.
If you have any suggestions of other boards I would love to hear them too |

because that would be too easy!
haha I have always wanted to try a Zariel so I am going to get one and then I can compare it to the SST that my friend has and if I like the SST better I will put the Zariel on Ebay and buy a 40.5 SST. |

i've got a 42 zariel. IMO, it's tough to ride. doing 180's is a chore. i don't hate it, but it's odd. i've also rode an sst. they are nothing alike. i will say that the zariel is very strong and can take a thrashing. i'd ride one before you buy, or get it somewhere you can return if you don't like it. _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. yeah I am prepared for the fact that I may hate it, but unfortunately I have no chance of trying or returning one where I am. I might try and find a used one. How did you like the sst? |

the one i said i had is actually my roomy's and it's never seen a rail, probably rode 40 times. he might want to sell it since he has 13 pins in his ankle. it's a 42 _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. jc, sst > zariel
the zariel, when i rode it, wouldnt let me feel the water. i'm not sure how much sense that makes, but it almost felt like the way i assume a 2x4 with kicktails and fins would feel on the surface of the water. i have rode a couple sst's and i really did like it. _________________ if theres no future in it, at least theres a present worth remembering.
