Here's a video back from 03 with my two friends who are responsible for getting me into wakeskating. we were all thirteen riding a 41inch cassette flat deck with 1 inch fins. i filmed because i sucked too bad for me to actually be on camera. enjoy

Mr. Top Hat, That is a shame dude. I couldnt imagine growning away from wakeskating. And some of those w2w 180's were really stylish!

Classy, the kid anthony picked up kiteboarding and almost went pro but ended up hurting his back badly enough that he just can't really take any boardsport impacts anymore. i can talk him into riding every-now and then. andrew ended up with similar back problems due to a skate accident but since then has become one of the greatest guitarists that i have had the honor of jamming with.

Mr. Top Hat, Well, atleast they didnt just lose their passion, then just transfered it over to other things. That is all that matters. It just sucks badly to hear when injuries keep people from doing something they have fun doing. it's sad.

Nice throw back brian, i watch it ever new and again. I remember when we all started getting into it (because of you) watching this video over and over and being amazed by the lipside shuv outs haha SO amazing. Whenever i heard that song now i remember this vid. and +1 for andrew being one of the best musicians... hes insane. I miss skateboarding with him too, so fun.

It's crazy watching kids on huge boards do shuvs, landing perfectly on the tail...

landing perfectly on the tail, as in on some of those shuvs they were "this" close to doing the splits. It makes me cringe...it's like being blissfully ignorant.
